1. General
Use TrackProject lawfully, respectfully and in line with the Terms of Service. Customers are responsible for the conduct of every User they invite to their workspace.
2. Prohibited activities
Customers and Users must not:
- Upload malware, ransomware, exploits, illegal content or content that infringes another party's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces, accounts or infrastructure.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service except through the Responsible Disclosure programme.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code, models, system prompts, embeddings or training data.
- Use the service to send spam, phishing, unsolicited bulk communications or to facilitate fraud.
- Use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory or deceptive content.
- Use scraping, automation or AI agents to exceed published rate limits or to evade per-account quotas.
- Use the platform in violation of export-control, sanctions or anti-bribery laws.
- Process special-category personal data without a documented lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
3. Fair use of compute, storage & AI
Plans include fair-use quotas for storage, API requests and AI inference. Sustained usage above quota will be discussed with the Customer; egregious abuse may be throttled or suspended.
4. Enforcement
Suspected violations may result in suspension, termination or referral to law-enforcement authorities. Report abuse to abuse@track-project.com. We will acknowledge reports within two business days.
5. Appeals
Customers may appeal an enforcement decision in writing to legal@track-project.com. Appeals are reviewed by personnel not involved in the original decision.
