Default region
Customer data — including the database, object storage and backups — is hosted in the United Kingdom and European Union by default. Edge delivery uses a global network but does not store Customer records.
Customer data ownership
Customers retain all rights, title and interest in the content they submit. TrackProject's licence is limited to operating the service and is revoked when the data is deleted or the subscription ends.
Right to erasure
Workspace administrators can initiate workspace deletion from settings. Personal data is removed from production within 30 days and from backups within the documented rotation window (currently 35 days), subject to lawful retention obligations.
Data portability
Workspace administrators can export their data in machine-readable formats (JSON, CSV, IFC, glTF, PDF) via the in-product Data Export workflow or by request to privacy@track-project.com.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK / EEA (for example to AI providers or US-headquartered subprocessors), TrackProject relies on adequacy decisions, the UK IDTA and the European Commission's SCCs, supplemented by encryption, key segregation and contractual prohibitions on government access without lawful basis.
